Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Used items, gift cards, and sale items are not eligible for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or defective.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Refund processing may take up to 10 business days. Please note that additional time may be required for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
